My Story:

After my divorce at 33, my triggers got so bad I couldn't watch TV. A commercial could send me into a spiral.

I spent 16 years trying everything:

  • Talk therapy

  • Mindfulness and meditation

  • Spiritual bypassing (affirmations, positive thinking) for 10 years

 

Hands-on experience? Most of it didn't work.
